I. TERMS OF SALE

These terms of sale (“Terms of Sale”) set out the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (“Product” or “Products”) listed on our website www.mawrble.com (“our site”) to you.

Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering any Products from our site. These Terms of Sale tell you who we are, how we will provide Products to you, how you and we may end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale you must not order any Product through our site.

Section A of these Terms of Sale details any particular sales promotions that we are currently running. Any purchase made in relation to such sales promotions is governed by both Section A and the general terms of sale set out in Section B so you should carefully review both Sections before ordering Products that are part of a sales promotion. If the Products that you wish to order are not part of a sales promotion, you can ignore Section A.

SECTION A – CURRENT SALES PROMOTIONS

When you sign up to receive MAWRBLE.COM Marketing Newsletter, you will be emailed a voucher code which you can use to redeem 10€ off your FIRST order. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher codes or offers (e.g cashback) and only valid on first order. MAWRBLE.COM reserves the right to make any changes or withdraw the offer at any time.

SECTION B - General terms

IMPORTANT: When you select the checkbox provided in the online checkout and click the “submit order” button, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of your online purchase and limitations of Mawrble warranty:

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Custom Items: Mawrble does not accept cancellations on any custom ordered product after 24 hours of the order being placed. Mawrble does not accept returns on any custom ordered product.

Non-Custom Items: Mawrble does not accept cancellations on any non-custom ordered product after 24 hours of the order being placed. Mawrble does not accept returns on any non-custom ordered product.

Clearance/Flash Sale Items: Clearance and Flash Sale items cannot be cancelled. Clearance and Flash Sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Quantities are limited and no price adjustments will be made on prior sales.

 

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Orders are handled by Mawrble, whose contact information you’ll receive in your order acknowledgement email. Our team may contact you to discuss your specific order details and to give you order updates. Once your order is reviewed and approved, your credit card will be charged.

TIMING

We estimate 2 – 3 weeks for your order to be ready for delivery, provided your material and parts are in stock – Mawrble team will advise you of any delay. We also strive to schedule delivery around your needs, which may extend the total time to delivery.

SCHEDULING DELIVERY

Once your pieces are available, Mawrble team will contact you to schedule delivery. 1 to 7 days beforehand, you’ll be given a 3 hour window for when you can expect your furniture. Due to complicated delivery schedules, Mawrble is not able to guarantee a specific delivery time and is only able to accommodate rescheduling of delivery with 48 hours advanced notice.

PREPARATION

Before ordering, measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, ceilings, entryways, and landings to ensure that your furniture will fit into your room, as all custom furniture is non-returnable.

Communicate to your team if you have challenging roads, driveways or other access points that would be difficult for our trucks to access.

DELIVERY

We use third party shipping companies for shipping and delivery. in most cases, these companies will deliver at your doorstep. If you want your furniture to be unwrapped and assembled in the appropriate room, you have to inform us in advance so we can arrange that with shipping companies.

INSPECTION

Please immediately inspect your furniture and share any concerns you may have with your delivery team. You must make any claims for damage, shortage or errors at time of receipt. If no claim is made at this time, furniture will be considered fully accepted. MAWRBLE reserves the right to inspect, repair or replace any merchandise at its discretion.
