I. TERMS OF SALE
These terms of sale (“Terms of Sale”) set out the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (“Product” or “Products”) listed on our website www.mawrble.com (“our site”) to you.
Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering any Products from our site. These Terms of Sale tell you who we are, how we will provide Products to you, how you and we may end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale you must not order any Product through our site.
Section A of these Terms of Sale details any particular sales promotions that we are currently running. Any purchase made in relation to such sales promotions is governed by both Section A and the general terms of sale set out in Section B so you should carefully review both Sections before ordering Products that are part of a sales promotion. If the Products that you wish to order are not part of a sales promotion, you can ignore Section A.
IMPORTANT: When you select the checkbox provided in the online checkout and click the “submit order” button, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of your online purchase and limitations of Mawrble warranty:
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Custom Items: Mawrble does not accept cancellations on any custom ordered product after 24 hours of the order being placed. Mawrble does not accept returns on any custom ordered product.
Non-Custom Items: Mawrble does not accept cancellations on any non-custom ordered product after 24 hours of the order being placed. Mawrble does not accept returns on any non-custom ordered product.
Clearance/Flash Sale Items: Clearance and Flash Sale items cannot be cancelled. Clearance and Flash Sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Quantities are limited and no price adjustments will be made on prior sales.
Orders are handled by Mawrble. Our team may contact you to discuss your specific order details and to give you order updates. Once your order is reviewed and approved, your credit card will be charged.
We estimate 2 – 4 weeks for your order to be ready for delivery, provided your material and parts are in stock – Mawrble team will advise you of any delay. Depending on where you live the total time estimated is 4-7 weeks delivery from the day your order is placed. We also strive to schedule delivery around your needs, which may extend the total time to delivery.
Once your pieces are available & shipped, Mawrble team will send you a shipping code to track your item. 1 to 7 days beforehand, you should be given notice from the shippng company in charge of your delivery about when you can expect your furniture and to arrange delivery date.
Before ordering, measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, ceilings, entryways, and landings to ensure that your furniture will fit into your room, as all custom furniture is non-returnable.
Communicate to your team if you have challenging roads, driveways or other access points that would be difficult for our trucks to access.
We use third party shipping companies for shipping and delivery. In most cases, these companies will deliver at your doorstep and do not bring your product up the stairs or inside your home, nor assembles it. If you want help to bring it inside you have to inform us in advance so we can check the possibilities (for an extra cost), if the shipping company we use for your shipping does not offer this extra service in your city or town you are responsible to organise it with a local company in case you don’t do handle it yourself of course.
Please immediately inspect your furniture and share any concerns you may have with your delivery team. You must make any claims for damage, shortage or errors at time of receipt. If no claim is made at this time, furniture will be considered fully accepted. MAWRBLE reserves the right to inspect, repair or replace any merchandise at its discretion.
